Rapid Prototyping

Rapid prototyping in a short time products in-house using only and exclusively professional 3d printers.

We can use various 3d printing technologies depending on the use to which the object is to be put; from stereolithography for objects for display use to laser sintering or ABS for functional, heat and wear-resistant objects.

We can make the model identical to what will be mass produced by painting, anodizing, metallizing, soft touch painting, etc.

Rapid prototyping for automotive

We provide rapid prototypes for the automotive industry by stereolithography and laser sintering of glass- or fiber-filled powders.

These are models suitable for exhibition (trade show type) or functional use for dimensional, functional and ergonomic testing.

They can be finished with various processes of painting, chrome plating (including of plastics), anodizing, metallizing, and any kind of finishing to provide the model identical to what will be mass produced later.

Transparent plastics for lights or objects can be produced by silicone molds, 3d printers, cnc milling, laser cutting.

Rapid prototyping for medical

For the medical industry, we provide rapid prototyping for medical device covers and supports, simulations of anatomical parts.

Upon request and according to feasibility, we can use bio-compatible materials suitable for human contact.

Rapid prototyping using 3D printers

Through our FDM, SLS, SLA 3d printers we provide prototypes in different materials suitable for the end use to be made by the customer.

Stereolithography is used for display objects, while FDM and SLS for functional objects.

Rapid prototyping using silicone molds

Objects produced with silicone molds, are perfectly identical to those produced by traditional methods. Different types of resins suitable for the customer’s end use can be used.
