CNC Milling

Traditional machining by CNC milling is done by chip removal, starting from a blank to the finished object.

It is the most widely used technology at the industrial level because it allows small, medium and large series to be produced with the highest precision.

We can work on different types of materials, from plastic to aluminum to ferrous to harder materials such as ‘INOX.

We also supply prototype-level parts in a short time.

CNC Turning

Traditional machining by CNC turning is quite similar to milling and is always done by chip removal,

In CNC turning, a rotary lathe is used, a tool that can penetrate the material so as to make holes, grooves and recesses.

It is the most widely used technology at the industrial level because it allows small, medium and large series to be produced with the highest precision.

We can work on different types of materials, from plastic to aluminum to ferrous to harder materials such as INOX.

We also supply prototype-level parts in a short time.

Learn about all our services and materials inherent to CNC milling and turning.

Materials

We can process different types of materials, below is a general list; for specific material

1) plastic materials such asPTFE, Delrin, Plexiglass, etc.

2) Aluminum of various types

3) Ferrous materials

4) INOX

Surface finishing

Surface finishing by machine can be of various levels, with machining marks more or less visible depending on the final function of the object.

Upon completion of machining, parts can be sandblasted to remove any surface defects.

In the case of anticorodal aluminum, models can be anodized in various colors after sandblasting.

Painting is only possible on certain types of materials.

Minimum quantities

There are no upper and lower limits on quantity, we deal with working from the single model at the prototype level to the large industrial series.
